Position Overview

To meet the growing demand for SAS Customer Intelligence solutions and services we are looking for an additional Solution Consultant to join our team. The role is a client facing position within our award-winning SAS Consulting Practice reporting to the Practice Manager.

The primary focus of this role is to provide consulting services, including solution design, solution development, implementation and project closeout at customer sites and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Engaging on solution implementation and post-implementation support projects with SAS Customer Intelligence family of solutions (SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Marketing Optimization, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager) and IBM ExperienceOne/EMM/Unica family of solutions (IBM Campaign, IBM Contact Optimization, IBM Interact)
  • Analysis of customer business and technical requirements for customer intelligence (marketing automation, campaign management, real-time marketing) solutions
  • Designing and explaining solution design decisions, transferring knowledge and providing best-practice advice (as provided and directed by senior solution architects)
  • Compiling higher level and detailed solution design documents
  • Design, implementation and testing of solution configuration objects (data dictionary, information maps, definitions, templates, etc) according to business requirements and solution design documents
  • Design, implementation and testing of marketing campaigns within SAS and IBM solutions
  • Design, implementation and testing of reports using database views, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, IBM Cognos and similar tools
  • Providing consultations,demonstrations and workshops to customer business and technical users

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics etc
  • Extensive experience and strong SQL skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience working solution analyst/consultant on implementation projects for any business-oriented software solutions, or  2 years experience working as marketing analyst/campaign manager using enterprise marketing automation software (SAS, IBM, ExactTarget, Oracle, Teradata etc.)   


  • Experience with SAS Customer Intelligence solutions (SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager)
  • Experience with IBM ExperienceOne/EMM/Unica family of solutions (IBM Campaign, IBM Interact)
  • Solid understanding of principles and fundamentals of modern database driven marketing business process. Understanding of role and value of analytical models
  • Experience working with SAS software (SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner) as user, analyst report designer
