T1A may use your name, job title, and company name to prepare and print your event badge for identification, access control, networking, and event administration purposes. Your badge may be visible to other attendees, T1A personnel, venue staff, and other persons present at the Event.
T1A may also collect information about the size of your organization, such as employee count or employee-count range, for event planning, attendee profiling, analytics, and related administrative purposes.

Where T1A captures incidental crowd images or general event photography in which identification of individuals is limited, T1A may process such images on the basis of its legitimate interests in documenting, administering, securing, and promoting the Event, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms under applicable law. Where T1A uses your identifiable image, likeness, or name in photographs for publication on T1A’s website, social media accounts, or promotional materials, T1A will rely on your separate consent, where required by applicable law.

T1A will retain your registration data for the period necessary to administer the Event and, thereafter, only for so long as needed for internal recordkeeping, legal and compliance obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. T1A applies retention criteria based on the nature of the Event, applicable legal requirements, complaint and dispute limitation periods, and operational recordkeeping needs, after which the data will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived, as appropriate. Where photo processing is based on consent, T1A may retain records of that consent and related correspondence for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance, manage withdrawal requests, and address any related claims.

I hereby consent to Tier One Analytics GmbH, Mainzer Straße 97, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany (“T1A”), as the organizer of the event, taking photographs of me during the event and processing my image, likeness, and, where applicable, my name and job title, for the purposes of event documentation and for use on T1A’s websites, social media channels, and in its marketing, promotional, public relations, and other event-related materials. I understand that such photographs may be shared with T1A affiliates for the same purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
I also consent to the T1A displaying my name and/or job title together with my image where appropriate.
I understand that I am not entitled to inspect or approve the final materials and that I will not receive any payment or other compensation for the use of such photographs.
I understand that Tier One Analytics GmbH is the data controller for this processing and that the legal basis is my consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. My image will be processed for the purposes of documenting the event and supporting T1A’s event-related communications, marketing, public relations, and promotional activities.
I further understand that such photographs may be shared with T1A affiliates and may be accessed or processed in countries outside the country where they were taken, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. I also understand that where such materials are published on third-party platforms, including social media, further use or redistribution may occur outside T1A’s control.
Photographs will be retained for a maximum of five (5) years from the event date for the stated purposes, unless I withdraw my consent earlier, after which they will be securely deleted, unless further retention is required by applicable law.
Under applicable data protection law, I may have the right to request access to my personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

I understand that this consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by contacting pd_US@t1a.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. By providing this consent, including electronically, I confirm that I have read and understood this consent and freely agree to the processing described above.
These Program Terms for Events (“Program Terms”) apply to any attendance of, or participation in, any event including in-person events and online events and webinars (each, an “Event”), hosted or organized byTier One Analytics Inc. or by any of its affiiates which includes: Tier One Analytics Inc., Tier One Analytics (Canada) Inc., Tier One Analytics s.r.o., Tier One Analytics GmbH, TIER ONE ANALYTICS DOO BEOGRAD, and Tier One Analytics sp. z o.o., “TIER ONE ANALYTICS” LLC (hereinafter- T1A).
These Program Terms forms the Agreement between you and the T1A. T1A may also update these Program Terms from time to time by notifying You of such changes by any reasonable means. You may not, and you must not, attend or participate in any Event unless you accept the Agreement.
Without limiting any other remedy under the Agreement or applicable law, if you violate these Program Terms or engage in conduct that T1A reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate in connection with any Event, T1A may take any action it deems appropriate, including cancelling your Event registration without refund or any compensation, removing you from the Event, or banning you from any current or future Event.
To attend certain Events, you must register for the Event through the Event registration website page. You will receive a registration confirmation email at the email address you provide during registration. T1A reserves the right to reject, cancel, or terminate your registration at any time. If T1A rejects, cancels, or terminates your registration, T1A may offer a refund of Fees paid (if any) but only on its own discretion.
T1A may permit you to transfer your registration for certain Events to another person within your organization at T1A’s discretion or cancel your registration for certain Events.
Each transfer or cancellation request permitted by T1A must be submitted to T1A via email: pd_us@t1a.com and will be processed based on the time and date that the request was submitted.
T1A reserves the right, including without prior notice, to take any security measures it deems appropriate for the safety of attendees and participants of in-person Events. You will comply with all such security measures, including the following:
You will not bring with you or have in your possession any such items at any time during your attendance at an in-person Event.
T1A and/or its authorized representatives may photograph, audio record, video record, webcast, podcast, or otherwise record or transmit all or part of an Event, including sessions, breakouts, keynotes, and other Event activities. As a result, your image, likeness, voice, name, statements, and other identifying characteristics may be captured in such materials (collectively, “Recordings”).
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur at the Event for general event administration, documentation, security, and archival purposes, and that incidental crowd images may be captured. To the extent required by applicable law, T1A’s use of Recordings containing your identifiable image, likeness, voice, or name for promotional, marketing, website, or social media purposes shall be subject to the separate consent provided by you at registration or otherwise.
If you provide such consent, you grant T1A a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the relevant Recordings containing your image, likeness, voice, or name in any media now known or later developed for T1A’s promotional, marketing, communications, and related business purposes. You understand that you may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting T1A at the contact details provided in T1A’s Privacy Policy or registration materials; however, such withdrawal will not affect any use made prior to the withdrawal.
T1A shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the Recordings made by or on behalf of T1A, subject always to applicable law and your rights as a data subject under applicable data protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, you waive any right to inspect or approve the use of any Recording or any reproductions thereof, and you acknowledge that T1A has no obligation to use any Recording or to exercise any rights granted by you with respect to your image, likeness, voice, or name. For the avoidance of doubt, where T1A’s use of a Recording is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time in accordance with T1A’s Privacy Policy or the applicable consent mechanism; however, such withdrawal shall not affect any use made prior to the withdrawal.
Your Images may appear in Recordings made available to the public, and third parties may retain, use or distribute such Recordings. Once made available to the public, T1A has no control over, and is not responsible for, any use or misuse (including any distribution) by any third party of Recordings.
Crowd images can be taken during an Event and processed by T1A for the purposes mentioned above based on the legitimate interest legal basis as defined under GDPR art. 6.1(f). Subject to local data protection laws, you may have certain rights relating to your personal data. T1A’s Privacy Policy provides information on the rights associated with the processing of your personal data and how to exercise them.
All materials, presentations, and content provided during the Event are the intellectual property of T1A or its licensors. Unless expressly authorized by T1A in writing, attendees may not record, copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise use such materials or any Event content for commercial purposes.

IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF RECORDINGS (INCLUDING YOUR IMAGES), AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE THE USE OF SUCH RECORDINGS OR ANY REPRODUCTIONS THEREOF, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT T1A HAS NO OBLIGATION TO USE ANY RECORDING OR TO EXERCISE ANY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR IMAGE, LIKENESS, VOICE, OR NAME.
Your attendance of or participation in an Event or any related activities is completely voluntary. T1A does not guarantee admittance to all or any part of any Event (including any session, breakout, keynote or other activity). Unless specified otherwise by T1A all event sessions, breakouts, keynotes or other activities, if applicable, are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT YOU MAY FACE WHILE ATTENDING AN EVENT, AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY T1A AFFILIATED PARTY OR ANY EVENT SPONSOR OR EVENT VENDORS RELATING TO SUCH RISKS.
T1A reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the number of Event attendees and participants, to cancel or terminate any Event registration, to bar any person from attending all or any part of any Event, and to refuse to provide any person with access to Event materials.
Events are subject to change at any time. T1A does not guarantee the attendance of any third party (including any exhibitor or speaker), or that any scheduled session, breakout, keynote or other activity will take place.
T1A reserves the right, including without prior notice, to make any change to an Event program at any time for any reason (including modification of the schedule or content of, or cancellation of, any session, breakout, keynote or other activity). T1A is not responsible for, and no reimbursement will be issued in the event of, any change to an Event (including modification of the overall Event program, or the schedule or content of, or cancellation of, any session, keynote or other activity).
T1A may, at any time and in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, postpone, deny, or terminate your registration for, attendance at, or participation in any Event, with or without cause, upon notice by any reasonable means. Without limitation, T1A may do so if you violate these Program Terms or engage in conduct that T1A reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. If T1A takes such action for cause, no refund will be due. If T1A cancels the Event or terminates your registration without cause, T1A will refund the Event registration fees, if any, actually paid by you to and received by T1A for the affected Event. Except as required by applicable law, T1A will not be responsible for any travel, lodging, transportation, or other out-of-pocket expenses.
IN NO EVENT SHALL T1A AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PROGRAM TERMS OR AN EVENT. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL T1A AFFILIATED PARTIES FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EVENT REGISTRATION FEES, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO AND RECEIVED BY T1A FOR THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
T1A shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, cancellation, suspension, postponement, modification, or inability to provide all or any part of an Event to the extent caused by circumstances beyond T1A’s reasonable control, including acts of God; earthquake, fire, flood, storm, or other severe weather event; epidemic, pandemic, or contagious disease outbreak; war, terrorism, civil disturbance, or other national or regional emergency; governmental action, regulation, order, restriction, or travel advisory; travel restrictions; airport closure; airspace closure; flight cancellation; transportation disruption; power, utility, internet, telecommunications, or platform failure; venue unavailability; or any other similar event beyond T1A’s reasonable control (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
If a Force Majeure Event occurs, T1A may, without liability, cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, convert to a virtual or hybrid format, shorten, or otherwise modify the Event or any part of it. T1A will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material change, cancellation, or postponement by email, through the Event registration page, or by other reasonable means.
Except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by T1A in writing, T1A shall have no obligation to reimburse any travel, lodging, hospitality, transportation, or other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you in connection with the Event. If an Event is canceled and not rescheduled due to a Force Majeure Event, T1A may, in its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, either (i) provide a refund of the Event registration fees actually paid by you to and received by T1A for the affected Event, if any, or (ii) apply such fees as a credit toward the rescheduled Event or another T1A event. If no Event registration fees were paid, T1A shall have no monetary liability arising from such cancellation or modification.
These Program Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Program Terms or any Event, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and waives any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
These Program Terms apply upon your registration for, attendance at, or participation in an Event, and remain in effect until the completion of the applicable Event, unless earlier terminated by T1A in accordance with these Program Terms. T1A may update these Program Terms from time to time, provided that any such updates will apply prospectively and, unless otherwise required by applicable law, will not materially adversely affect registrations already confirmed prior to the effective date of such update. The version of these Program Terms in effect on the date of your registration shall apply to the applicable Event. Any provisions which by their nature should survive the completion, cancellation, termination, or expiration of an Event or these Program Terms, including provisions relating to intellectual property, recordings, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution, shall survive.
