T1A is excited to announce a strategic collaboration with Phillips & Walls, one of the UAE’s premier mortgage brokers, recognized for offering competitive fixed and variable rate mortgages across the UAE and the UK. Through this partnership, T1A has successfully enhanced Phillips & Walls’ Salesforce platform, enabling streamlined business operations and more efficient workflows.
In the initial phase of the project, T1A redesigned the organizational structure within Salesforce and implemented advanced logic for managing Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities. A key part of this transformation involved migrating all critical data from multiple Excel forms into the Salesforce platform. This consolidation has allowed Phillips & Walls to monitor business performance across various teams and locations in real-time on a unified platform.
T1A and Phillips & Walls are now moving forward to integrate Salesforce with the company’s website, introducing enhanced automation features that will further optimize operations, support customer acquisition, and drive sustainable growth.
