Our T1A team wrapped up a two-day ‘Process Mining In A Day’ workshop with Microsoft, and it was genuinely rewarding to see participants work through complex analytical challenges in real-time. Over 6 hours our Process Intelligence team had the privilege of guiding attendees through an extensive introductory course into the tool and technology, all with support from Microsoft's Barb Borrowman!
The format allowed everyone to experience real scenarios in an interactive format, so we asked our trainers to share their personal highlights.
Daria Solomina captured what made the sessions meaningful: ”What I love about workshops like this is seeing the shift from theory to impact and how knowledge can turn into action. ProcessMining and automation aren't just about data and dashboards but about empowering teams to reimagine how their organisations operate, exploring opportunities for innovation and driving tangible business impact. I'm glad we were able to give participants a taste of that!”.
Sofia Panafidina highlighted a key methodological insight: ”One of my favorite parts of the webinar was demonstrating how well the DMAIC approach complements process mining. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control – it's a clear roadmap, and combining it with the right tools turns abstract improvement goals into measurable and lasting results. Seeing participants grasp that connection was a great moment!”.
Thank you to all participants who brought diverse perspectives from technology, manufacturing and financial services. We're already looking forward to creating more opportunities to connect, learn and drive process intelligence forward together.
