
New week – new destination! This time during Salesforce Summit Malta 2026 we discussed how intelligent agents can work across sales, service, marketing, operations and data ecosystems, while keeping trust, security and human oversight at the center.
Our Kirill Dreljuš and Theo Chronopoulos joined expert discussions both on and off the stage, exploring what it takes to move from AI experiments to enterprise adoption. Together with industry peers they exchanged perspectives on how organizations can extend agentic capabilities across the technology stack and turn AI innovation into measurable business outcomes.
The agenda brought together different perspectives:

- building unified customer experiences across every channel
- moving from automation to agentic sales, marketing and commerce operations
