The AI Icebreaker Day 2025, hosted at Microsoft Office Zurich, provided an excellent platform to discuss AI agents, Microsoft Copilots, secure AI infrastructures, and the evolution of AI-driven sales strategies. Our colleagues Artem Belyasov and Irina Mefedova highlighted a key theme: AI agents are rapidly moving from theory to real-world applications.
As the AI ecosystem expands, businesses must adopt structured, secure, and scalable approaches to maximize AI’s potential and align with strategic goals. One of the most interesting aspects was the legal perspective on AI. Discussions covered how businesses should address client concerns around GDPR compliance, data storage, and processing, as well as the emerging AI regulations in the EU - a crucial topic as AI adoption accelerates.
Beyond compliance, Microsoft also told about new partner benefits and demonstrated AI agents in action, showcasing solutions built on the latest Azure AI Agent Services stack. Another highlight was a fresh approach to AI use case development, leveraging design thinking and the use case card deck to structure real-world applications. A big thank you to Microsoft - it gave a strong signal that AI’s next phase will be defined by structure, security, and strategic execution — not just experimentation.
